• Putting together an Executive Summary that best describe what you are about.
• Developing a Vision/Mission Statement that not only gives a candid snapshot of what you want your business to be and look like in the future, but also motivates you and your staff.
• The key pieces needed for your Business Description.
• Setting the proper Goals that will propel your business forward.
March 13, 2010- Abel will talk about properly articulating your product services to your clients as well as thinking about what you may need to add in the future. He will also be talking about what you need to be doing to create sales. You will learn about what you need to be doing to keep your clients aware of what you offer until they are ready to buy. Lastly, Abel will teach us about how to do a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis.
March 20, 2010- In the final part of this series, Abel talks about Operations, System Automation and the Financials needed for your business to be successful.
